We want you to know exactly where your order is at every step.

How tracking works

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Simply click the link in that email, or enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website, to see the latest status.

When will my tracking update?

Please allow 1–2 business days after your order ships for the first tracking scan to appear. Total delivery is typically 6–10 business days (including processing).

If you cannot find your tracking number, or your tracking has not updated, contact us and we will locate your parcel for you:
