Who operates this store
Boutique Malu is a trading name of Bond Establishment, a company registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK no. 96617608, VAT no. NL005221243B51). Although we are a European-registered business, Boutique Malu is operated specifically for customers in Canada: our prices are shown in Canadian dollars, we ship free within Canada, and our customer service runs on Eastern Time business hours. We mention this openly so there is never any confusion about who you are buying from.
Products and pricing
We do our best to display our products and prices accurately. All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices or product availability at any time without notice.
Orders
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a full refund.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Boutique Malu or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
