Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return

To begin a return, email us at support@boutiquemalu.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm your return and send you clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Please do not send items back before contacting us, so we can make sure your return is processed correctly.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item you received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover the return cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Certain items, such as final-sale products and personalised items, may not be eligible for return. Any such exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
